We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Brewery Events Coordinator.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Brewery Events Coordinator to oversee private events, public events, and annual festivals at our brewery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, a love for craft beer, and the ability to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Planning and execution of our three annual summer festivals.
Plan, coordinate, and execute private events hosted at the brewery, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their vision is brought to life.
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including staffing, catering, entertainment, and decor.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote and market brewery-hosted festivals and events.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, event planners, and organizations to attract new event opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations for events hosted at the brewery.
Day-to-day administrative work such as issuing invoices and collecting payments Modeling the key attributes and cultural values of Twin Oast at all times
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the hospitality or brewery industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
Knowledge and passion for craft beer and the brewing industry.
Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and create unique event experiences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in coordinating events, preferably in a brewery or hospitality setting.
Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with local regulations and permits related to events.
