Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas and maintain a secure environment - Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances - Enforce property rules and regulations - Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and security measures are in place - Provide assistance to visitors, employees, and contractors as needed - Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records Skills:
- Law enforcement experience or relevant certificate preferred - Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures - Proficient in surveillance techniques and the use of CCTV systems - Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques - Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and observation skills Note:
