Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include checking in guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.
With your passion for guest service, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Perform check-in and check-out tasks Message guests in real-time via our internal messaging system Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Resolve guests' situations in a timely and professional manner Arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Skills Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Preferred but not required Outstanding customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Job Types:
